Another Jeff the Killer picture!
I tried a new style with only colour and no lines - I know it's rather messy, but I had fun C:
This is what I thought he's look like if he got caught - Blind fold to help him sleep and not to scare any of the other patients or staff; A mask to cover his bloody smile; And the rest well.. To keep him from stabbing people of course
